Switching broadband from another supplier?
It's a simple process to switch your current broadband service to TalkTalk Enterprise.
Don't worry, it's really easy and we'll help you through the whole process.
• First you'll need to obtain a MAC code from your current supplier
(please note your current supplier may charge you if you leave them within your contract period)
• We'll ask you to enter the MAC code on the sign-up form
• You can continue to use your current supplier right up until your TalkTalk free broadband goes live
What is a MAC Code?
A MAC code is 17 - 19 characters long. So please make sure you enter the full code correctly. An example MAC code: BBIP1234567/WT96X
BBIP (4 letters) 1234567 (between 7 and 9 numbers) / WT96X (6 digits)
The code may start with "BBIP", "FTIP" or "BBDS". Codes starting with "LLU" won't work. Bear in mind, they only last for 30 days from the day they are issued. If you don't use it within time you'll need to get a new one.
