Q. Can any business join?
A. Any business with a BT line and typical total call spend of up to £500 per month can sign up forTalkTalk Enterprise.

Q. What call plan do I have to be on to get free calls?
A. AllTalkTalk Enterprise customers can talk to each other for free regardless of your chosen plan.

Q. What if my business changes premises or I change phone number?
A. Just call us on the number shown on your bill or visit the Your Account Section of the website and we'll guide you through the steps you need to take.

Q. What happens with BT when I switch over?
A. We'll do everything. In future you'll get just one bill including line rental, calling features and call charges. All you need to do is sit back and look forward to cheaper bills.

Q. BT has said I will get charged for terminating my contract - is that right?
A. Potentially it depends on how many months you have left on your contract with them. In any case you will only pay for the line rental for the number of months left.

Q. I pay my BT line rental quarterly in advance. Am I entitled to a refund from BT?
A. It's worth checking when you last paid your line rental and bill as you may be owed a refund.

Q. What happens if something goes wrong with the line?
A. Call us on the number shown on your bill and we'll get it fixed for you as soon as we can. The line is still with BT until your 7 days cooling off period has finished. Therefore, if you experience any problems with the line please contact your previous provider during that period.

A. Unfortunately we are only able to provide service to those customers with BT lines.

Q. I have a BT line but use another company's Saver Socket / Dialler Box. Will this affect your service?
A. If you have another company's saver socket please unplug this and plug your phone directly into the socket. We'd also recommend contacting the provider of your saver socket to cancel your account with them.
