Q. What does "go live" mean?
A. It is the day yourTalkTalk Enterprise service is activated and you start paying for calls throughTalkTalk Enterprise. We will send you a letter which will tell you when your services will go live.
Contracts and billing
Q. What will appear on myTalkTalk Enterprise bill?
A. First of all you will have a smaller total for both calls and line rental. But that's not the only difference with yourTalkTalk Enterprise bill: your monthly billing period starts on the day yourTalkTalk Enterprise service goes live. We'll then send you an itemised bill every month detailing the calls you've made onTalkTalk Enterprise and your line rental charges. All charges will be deducted from your account by direct debit 14 days after the date of billing.
Q. How are calls billed?
A.TalkTalk Enterprise calls are billed by the second, and rounded up to the nearest penny. Minimum call charges and set-up charges do apply and will depend on the Talk Business Plan you have chosen.
Q. When does my contract "go live"?
A. Your contract will go live following the 7 day cooling off from signing your contract.
Q. What happens if I want to terminate my contract before it expires?
A. You will have to have pay the line rental owed on the remaining months of your contract.
UsingTalkTalk Enterprise
Q. Can I make calls to all international countries onTalkTalk Enterprise?
A. Calls to the majority of international countries are unrestricted onTalkTalk Enterprise. However,TalkTalk Enterprise does restrict calls to a limited number of international destinations on all new connections. The destinations restricted are: Nigeria, Colombia, Kazakstan, Russia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Kuwait & Global Mobile Satellite System (00 870). The restrictions are due to the high incidence of fraud experienced by the telecoms industry in calls to these destinations. If you would like to apply to have the restriction bar lifted for calls to these countries, please callTalkTalk Enterprise Customer Service on the number shown on your bill or visit the Your Account Section of the website. Applicants will be assessed on an individual basis and a prepayment or deposit may be required.
Q. What happens if I move business premises?
A. Your existingTalkTalk Enterprise service will need to be transferred when you move, whether you are keeping the same number or not. Please call us on the number shown on your bill or visit the Your Account Section of the website to let us know so that we can arrange for yourTalkTalk Enterprise service to be transferred.
Q. What happens if I change my phone number but don't move premises?
A. Your existingTalkTalk Enterprise service will need to be transferred. Please call us on the number shown on your bill or visit the Your Account Section of the website to let us know so that we can arrange for yourTalkTalk Enterprise service to be transferred.

If you have a complaint regarding your service please contact us in writing by email or letter providing details of your complaint. We will send you acknowledgement of your complaint and will be in touch regarding the resolution.
